GSAPP Student Organization Registration Form

In order to avoid confusion and unnecessary delays, one person from the student organization should be designated to act as the liaison with Office of Academic and Student Affairs
Please list a minimum of 5 current students who share a common interest and collectively pursue their activities in a collegial and professional manner.
Student organizations must have an advisor who is an academic or administrative current member of the GSAPP community. Advisors can assist the organization to function in accordance with its stated purposes and provide guidance and counsel to promote the growth and direction of the organization. The Office of Academic and Student Affairs will act as the advisor on all items related to student club policy, programming and organizing operations, and help prevent violations of university, school, community, or state regulations.
