Continuing Student Merit Based Scholarship Application 2026

GSAPP offers tuition-relieving, merit-based scholarships for continuing students who are entering the second or third year of their studies in the Fall 2026 term. Awards are limited, and will be disbursed to the recipients' student accounts based on registration in the Fall term.

Eligibility:

Students must have completed at least one prior year of studies and be registered at GSAPP on a full-time basis (12 points or more) in their second or third year during the Fall 2026 term.
In order to be considered for a GSAPP Merit-based Scholarship, students must complete the online Scholarship Application Form below.
Dual degree students must apply under the program in which they will be registered in Fall 2026.

Selection:

Merit-based Scholarship funding is limited and awards are competitive, prioritizing students who have demonstrated the highest level of academic achievement in their prior year as documented in the application.
Selections are made based on faculty review of the application materials within each academic program.
Scholarship Application Forms must be submitted by the deadline of July 24, 2026.
All submissions will be reviewed following the application deadline.

All full-time MSUP students have the opportunity to apply for merit-based scholarships; please note that scholarship allocations are competitive, and award selections may prioritize continuing students who have demonstrated high academic achievement during their time in the program.
